Refund policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at rockinchicano@gmail.com. Returns must be approved with NO EXCEPTIONS. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

FINAL SALE
All orders placed under promotion or with a use of a discount code(s) is considered FINAL SALE with NO EXCEPTIONS.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, promotion items, items purchased with a use of discount code or a gift card.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS
All approved returns are ONLY eligible FOR STORE CREDIT. Store credit will be processed based on the item(s) purchased price. We do NOT process store credit for the original shipping fees. The shipping fees and any shipping fees that were processed for any order are excluded from store credit.

Store credit is NON-TRANSFERABLE
Store credit will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of item(s).
